Zengarra Zingers
Zengarra Country House and Pavilions is tucked in the bush against a magnificent mountain backdrop, just outside Boonah.
Hosts Christine and Mike Leah have decorated their luxurious open plan B&B with treasures and keepsakes that they collected during their time in the Orient. But the highlight of a stay for most guests is enjoying Christine’s musical talents, particularly on the marimba.
Zengarra is also the base for local choir the Zengarra Zingers, a group that is growing in popularity and numbers.
The group’s Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat musical adaption will be performed in the beautiful and historic Wiss Emporium in Kalbar on Thursday and Friday the 18th and 19th of March. Tickets to the performance cost $10.
