Smokin' Stu's Having had twenty years experience in top notch kitchens, Brisbane chef Stuart Morrison decided to concentrate his efforts on one of the world’s oldest preserving techniques, creating Smokin’ Stu’s Fine Foods in suburban Chermside.
 His smoked mushroom dip and smoked tomato chilli relish are to die for, and he creates a wonderful Japanese Ginger Garlic Soy.
 Smokin’ Stu’s products are very popular with delis and restaurants, however they are available to members of the public who prefer to buy them direct and experience the array of wonderful smoky aromas that waft through the shop.
