Keppel Sailing 
The sixth annual Club Marine Brisbane to Keppel Tropical Yacht Race departs Moreton Bay on Friday August 3, 2012. It is one of the signature races of Queensland’s Season of Sailing, that now extends from March to September each year.
The 348 nautical mile races starts east of Green Island and finishes off the break wall at Keppel Bay Marina, south of Yeppoon.

Keppel Bay Marina also hosts the tourist enterprise “Sailing with Grace”, that operates year-round, and on any day with reasonable weather. Grace sails with a minimum of four passengers, and a maximum of 12, and after just an hour and a half of sailing, tourists are ferried to play on one of several magnificent beaches that dot the islands of the Keppel group.
The fully catered outing costs $115 for adults and $75 for children. There’s also a shorter sunset cruise available.
