Cooking with Sauce 
If you believe cooking is a pleasurable way to spend your time, with some very tasty rewards then Sauce at Toowoomba might be just your flavour.
Sauce is, as they say, ‘the complete kitchen source’ where you can pick up every accessory and tool you might need in the kitchen as well as learning how to cook with them.
Classes include knife skills, Moroccan cooking, Spanish tapas and baking sourdough. Sauce also runs Chefs’ Tables, wine tastings and has a calendar of guest speakers.
It’s a concept cooked up by Dr Sharyn Donaldson, medical doctor and passionate cook who wanted to create a space for Toowoomba’s culinary crowd. For Sharyn the kitchen was always the heart of her home and she believes the rewards of the cooking process, and not just the final results, should be shared with family.
Classes cover a variety of topics, usually run for three hours and start from $100.
